Premier Futon Mattress Review
I looked everywhere on the net for a futon mattress and was pleasantly surprised to find one on Amazon for under $100. The mattress arrived just five days after ordering it and it was in great condition. It is SOOO comfortable! I couldn’t even believe how thick it was! The mattress we were replacing was so thin, that you could feel the metal frame underneath you, but with this mattress, it’s about three or four times thicker than the standard mattress that futons come with. So very comfortable that you forget it’s a futon; it really feels like you are sitting on an actual couch. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a futon at a great price.

As mattresses go, I can swear by this one. It delivered fast and without hassle, it was obscenely comfortable, it fit the frame we have perfectly, and the price could not be beaten. I could not be happier with it. The only downside (and the sole reason for my four star rating) is that a few months along it has already lost some of its fluffiness. It is by no means in the condition of the mattress it replaced, but the constant up and down of a group of ~200 lb. guys using it as a couch during the day has rendered it merely comfortable and not a divine surface of sleep inducing glory.

I bought this as a replacement mattress for my futon frame at my parent’s house. It serves its purpose well. I just spent a week sleeping on it. It is a bit uncomfortable at first, because it is very firm and I am used to a soft mattress, but I adjusted to it very quickly. It is very comfortable to sit on. I am not sure how long it will hold up, but it feels pretty sturdy. My only complaint after the first week is that the cover is wrinkled and doesn’t look very good. Flipping it often would probably help this, but the mattress is very heavy and awkward. A different cover might also help. I didn’t buy it for it’s looks though, so this is not a major issue for me. Overall, it seems to be a good deal for the price.

I ordered this mattress for a wood futon bunkbed we bought for our 3 year old sons birthday. He switches back and forth from sleeping on the top bunk and the futon (or couch bed as he calls it.) It is intended to be used by out of state visitors. We’ve only had it for a month so no one has come to visit yet. I slept on it the other night w/our son ‘cuz he had a high fever. It was comfy!!! I slept w/o a problem. My husband has a bad back and he even said its comfortable. You cannot feel the bars at all!!! My only complaint is the lack of color selection.

I searched online for an affordable futton mattress, for a spare bedroom I have set up for my grandkids to play video games in and for sleep-overs. Amazon showed the one I bought from bargain outfitters, which was very affordable, and had excellent reviews. Shipping was very speedy and I am very well pleased with the mattress. It is extremely thick, and I am sure my grandkids are going to get alot of use from it. I would definitely buy from them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This mattress is very comfy and just as described. It has held up very well to a recent move, my young child and the flow of company we have had in our new home. Definitely worth the buy.
